POSTAGE: Postage is included in the price you see on the website. We send via standard Royal Mail unless otherwise requested.
PAYMENT: Customers shopping on our site will have the option of paying by most of the major credit/debit cards or PayPal once they proceed to the check out. or we also accept UK cheques. We can also accept payment via Bank Transfer (ask for details) or we also accept UK cheques, made payable to “Wormhole Ltd”. Title / Property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until payment in full has been made.

CLEANING:
We recommend that our garments are washed at 40°C max. with similar coloured garments.
DELIVERY:
Delivery for items in stock: 2-3 days, after your payment has cleared for first time orders. However, depending on our level of stocks it may take up to 28 days. Standard Royal Mail unless otherwise requested.
RETURNS: Please check your items upon receipt of delivery and inform us within 14 days if you wish to make a return. If you are really unhappy with your purchase we will exchange it for an alternative item. If it is faulty you may return it for a refund or an exchange. Any postage costs you incur due to the inconvenience will be refunded to you. Correspondence in writing please.
Exchanges and refunds can ONLY be accepted if the item has not been used/worn/soiled/damaged and is returned to us in the same condition it was posted to you in.
CANCELLATION: If you would like to cancel a confirmed order with us there will be a percentage charge of 10% of the value of the order for our inconvenience.
NB. All of the above terms and conditions only relate to orders confirmed by us in writing.
PRIVACY POLICY
We only require a minimum amount of information from you in order to process your payments and deliver your order. We will not pass on or sell this information to any Third Parties. All credit/debit card information for online orders is run through PayPal, which is an encrypted authorisation service.
